To Market, to Market in Cusco, Peru!

Let´s not mess around: I love farmers´markets. I’d been in Cusco a day before I’d located its market and set out exploring. When I’m able to upload the photos, you´ll see, as I did, a well-organized market, rich with color and clean as can be, full of the familiar and the new (and strange and delicious!).

Vegetarian and local and organic, oh my! Growing Chefs was founded in 2005 as a way to teach kids (and their parents!) about the delicious, wonderful ways in which food gets from the soil to the kitchen.
